After logging to your server/system you should follow the steps below: Download and Install XAMPP >> Create a Localhost Database >> Download the Latest Version of WordPress >> Install WordPress and Create a Localhost Website. Now you can log In to your WordPress localhost website. However, Worpress recommends clients to use WAMP/MAMP/LAMP to run Wordpress on Windows.
